We had a party of 8 and everyone enjoyed their food. Good size portions and their slices of cake are huge! Service was also great! Staff very attentive and friendly. We will be going back again when we visit Lexington again.
Wonderful local place to eat when we were staying in Greensboro on our way to Emerald Isle, NC. Great for families with all of the menu choices. I could have made a meal of just sides! Breakfast is served all day, too. Service was great and everyone was friendly, making sure we had a great meal. Our waitress was so sweet. A casual ambiance, with roomy tables, again great for a family. There were just two of us, but we want to come back with the whole family, when we stop in Greensboro this summer. Good prices, too.
We stopped in for breakfast today and I must say the only thing better than eating breakfast at cagneys on west friendly is eating breakfast at cagneys and having Carol from Philly be your server. She is a fantastic server with an amazing personality. It's nice to see this again! Oh did I mention the breakfast is fantastic. Really fast and really good! Thank you Carol, I'm sure I will see you again.
This place is worth the drive!!! Every time I look it up it's always 15-18 minutes away from me being in Greensboro already. They have daily specials, delicious Hot food, great service and an awesome atmosphere! The Chix Pot Pie is huge, and cooked to order. The Burger and fries were delish, definite hit!! We have had Beef tips, cube steak, greens, fried Okra, rice and gravy, side salad. Everything I'm guessing is a MUST HAVE! Hope to try the Italian side some day soon!
VERY GOOD. Like surprisingly good. Chicken kabobs were fire. Fresh. Service was great. Fast and friendly. Casual spot, definitely ideal for lunch. Don't drive too fast or you could miss this place!

Cagney's is a (much needed!) new restaurant in GSO out Friendly near W Market. This area in particular was in dire need of another dining option so the location is spot on. My mom and I went for lunch on Saturday around noon and it wasn't too busy at all. The restaurant itself is super clean, very nice inside. It's really open and bright. The menu is HUGE! Something for everyone! All sorts of cuisines. I went safe and ordered the Cagney's Club. It's (supposed to be) compiled of both turkey and ham, along with other traditional makings of a club sandwich. I didn't notice until I was a few bites in that my sandwich was missing the turkey, and my mom's was missing the ham. It wasn't a huge deal, but I definitely missed the turkey. Probably just an anomaly and could have happened if the sandwiches are made in an assembly line? Either way I won't hold this against them, I could have mentioned it but it wasn't worth bothering the waitress over. I'm pretty easy going, if that wasn't obvious :P. Overall, the food was good. The fries are also tasty. I'll go back here for sure and look forward to trying some of their other options. I also don't mind making the drive over (it's a bit out of the way for me, but I think worth it). I'd recommend checking it out!
